ElementYard, including its branding, software, interface, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, these terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service itself.

7. Paid Plans, Billing, and Renewals

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges associated with your purchase, unless otherwise stated.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ElementYard at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the service creates risk, harm, or legal exposure. You may stop using the service at any time.

ElementYard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of ElementYard.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ElementYard and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law
