# ElementYard Free Website Template Licence

Proposed wording supplied for the owner-authorised free Roofing release; not independently legally reviewed.

Copyright © ElementYard. All rights reserved except as permitted below.

You may download, use, modify and customise this template in personal, commercial and client projects without attribution. You may sell or deliver completed websites or applications containing it, including their project source code.

You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the template itself, unchanged or modified, as a standalone template product, competing template collection, component library or UI kit. These restrictions do not prevent delivery within a completed website or application.

This licence covers ElementYard-owned materials. Third-party dependencies retain their own licences. All other rights are reserved. ElementYard is the public brand; no registered company or separate legal entity is asserted. Future paid templates, components and subscriptions remain subject to their own terms.

Historical source/asset review notes are preserved as evidence, not independent rights verification. The owner has authorised this template's free distribution; no independent legal or asset-rights clearance is claimed.
